GDAS Holdings, GDAS Institute of Bioengineering and Sunwah Technology signs Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation

　　On June 13th, GDAS Holdings Co., Ltd., GDAS Institute of Bioengineering and Sunwah Technology Group signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation in Guangzhou, looking to foster practical collaboration for collaborative innovation in frontier and key technologies, construction of platforms for agricultural biology and “the great health”, evaluation, certification, inspection & testing, construction of unions for higher education innovation, and finance for science and technology.

　　The ceremony was witnesed by CHOI Jonathan Koon-shum, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee and chairman of Sunwah Group; LIAO Bing, President of GDAS; MENG Lin, Executive President of Sunwah Technology; WANG Hongmao, General Manager of Guangdong Goldfull Fund Managemnet Co., Ltd.; LI Dingqiang and ZHOU zhouyu, Vice Presidents of GDAS. The agreement was signed by representatives of the three sides: LIU Jianyao, Chairman of GDAS Holdings, CHEN Junjia, Director of GDAS Institute of Bioengineering, and CAI Junsi, Executive Director of Sunwah Group and President of Sunwah Technology.

　　At the meeting, LIAO and CAI agreed to coordinate resources between GDAS and Sunwah so as to realize deep integration of technology innovation and industry development, and contribute to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Hainan Free Trade Port.

　　Attending the event were also LIU Lei and HUANG Chaosheng, Vice Presidents of Sunwah Technology, and heads of GDAS Dept. For International Cooperation and Institute of Bioengineering.
